Policy on Revisions

Revision availability depends on the package or service selected by the client. The Wolf Commerce may provide revisions as part of the agreed project scope, provided the requested changes remain aligned with the original brief, concept, service agreement, and approved direction.

Revision requests that change the original scope, require new functionality, require major redesign, add new pages, add new services, require third-party work, or request a completely different direction may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.

Please note that revision or modification requests may not be accepted after the project has been marked complete. The standard turnaround time for revisions is approximately 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the request.

Project Completion

The Wolf Commerce will notify the client when a project has been completed, delivered, published, deployed, or moved to the final review stage. Once the completion notice is sent, the client will have 48 hours to review the work and inform us of any final issues or small corrections within the agreed scope.

If no response is received within the review period, the project may be considered approved and complete. After completion, any additional changes, updates, revisions, fixes, maintenance, or new requests may be handled as a separate service.

Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy

Payments made to The Wolf Commerce are generally non-refundable once work has started, project planning has begun, initial concepts have been delivered, services have been activated, third-party costs have been incurred, or the client has requested revisions.

No refund will be applicable once the project has been completed, delivered, approved, deployed live, or moved into active management.

Refund Requests Must Be Reviewed As Follows:

  • A refund request may be considered only if it is submitted before major work has started or before initial concepts, setup, strategy, or service delivery has been provided.
  • If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial concepts or service work, the client may be eligible for a refund less a 10% service and processing fee.
  • If a refund request is made within 48 hours of signing up, the client may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on work completed, resources used, and third-party charges incurred.
  • If a refund request is made after initial work, setup, concepts, strategy, or service delivery has started, the refund amount may be reduced or declined based on project progress.
  • No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of initial delivery, setup, or service start.
  • No refund request will be entertained if the client has not responded or taken action on the project for 30 days after placing the order.
  • No refund will be issued after final files, website access, project deliverables, marketplace setup, store setup, or completed services have been delivered.
  • For website packages, no refund will be entertained once development has been completed or once the website has been deployed live.
  • For eCommerce marketplace services, no refund will be entertained once account setup, listing work, store setup, product upload, strategy work, or management work has started.
  • For video, design, or creative packages, no refund request will be entertained after storyboard, concept, mockup, or design work has started.
  • All refund requests must be communicated to the support department. The Wolf Commerce reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • A refund request must include a valid reason and must be reviewed against the original brief, project scope, client feedback, and work already completed.
  • If a client places the same project with multiple agencies with the intention of claiming a refund, The Wolf Commerce may treat the request as not being made in good faith and may decline the refund.
  • All projects require client feedback before finalization. The client is expected to remain involved, responsive, and cooperative throughout the project.
  • SEO, social media marketing, content writing, hosting, SSL, TLS, domain registration, paid tools, third-party apps, plugin licenses, marketplace fees, maintenance, and legal paperwork services are non-refundable.
  • Patent, trademark, government filing, marketplace registration, or third-party processing fees are generally non-refundable once paid or submitted.
  • Once mockups, website work, store setup, or project previews are approved, no refund will be issued for that approved portion of the project.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, please contact us and clearly explain your concern, project details, and reason for the request.

We will first try to resolve your concern through our revision, support, or project correction process. If a refund review is approved, our team will notify you by email.

After a refund is processed, any design rights, concepts, drafts, content, strategies, mockups, or work product related to the refunded portion may remain with The Wolf Commerce. The client may not use, publish, display, reproduce, or claim ownership of refunded work unless written permission is provided.

Quality Assurance Policy

The Wolf Commerce works to deliver services according to the client's approved brief, project scope, and service requirements. Our team reviews project details, marketplace needs, website requirements, content direction, and technical requirements before and during execution.

Quality assurance does not mean guaranteed sales, revenue, account approval, ranking, marketplace performance, or business outcome. It means we aim to complete the agreed work professionally, carefully, and in line with the approved scope.

Client Satisfaction Policy

We aim to provide a professional and smooth client experience. Where revisions are included in the selected package, we will work with the client to make reasonable improvements based on the original project brief and agreed scope.

Satisfaction-based revisions are subject to package limits, project scope, technical feasibility, client cooperation, and timely feedback.

Effective Communication Policy

The Wolf Commerce values clear communication throughout every project. To keep work moving smoothly, clients are expected to provide required information, approvals, content, access, feedback, and decisions within a reasonable timeframe.

Client Engagement and Feedback

We encourage open communication during the project. Clients should provide feedback, comments, corrections, and approvals in a timely manner so the project can remain aligned with their goals and requirements.

Escalation Protocol

If we do not receive a response from the client within a two-week period, our team may begin an escalation process to confirm the project status and request the required input.

Initial Intimation Email

A formal email may be sent to the client explaining the project status and requesting feedback, access, approval, or missing information. After this email, the client may be given additional time to respond.

Subsequent Communication

If there is no response after the initial intimation email, a follow-up communication may be sent to remind the client that their response is required for the project to continue.

Final Notification

If the project remains inactive after repeated attempts to contact the client, a final notification may be sent. This communication will serve as the final opportunity for the client to respond before the project is marked inactive or closed.

Project Closure and Reinstatement

Failure to respond within 48 hours of the final notification may result in formal project closure. If the client wants to reopen the project later, a Project Reopening Fee may apply. This fee covers the additional time and resources required to restart the project.

Domain and Hosting

Domain and hosting services may be included as part of a package only when clearly stated in the service agreement or package details. If domain, hosting, SSL, email setup, server support, migration, or related services are not included, additional charges may apply.

The Wolf Commerce is not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, DNS changes, email providers, server downtime, expired services, or client-side account access issues unless maintenance or support has been specifically purchased.

Access to Information

To provide services, The Wolf Commerce may request access to certain accounts, platforms, dashboards, marketplace accounts, hosting accounts, domains, Shopify stores, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, analytics tools, or other related systems.

By providing access, you confirm that you are authorized to share that access and that the information provided is accurate, current, and complete. If we believe the provided information is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized, we may refuse, pause, or terminate service.

The client is responsible for maintaining ownership of their accounts, passwords, payment methods, platform subscriptions, app charges, hosting renewals, marketplace fees, and third-party tools unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Original Work Policy

The Wolf Commerce aims to create original work based on the client's project brief, brand requirements, and approved direction. Website designs, content, layouts, graphics, and marketplace assets may be customized according to the selected package and agreed scope.

Any third-party assets, stock images, plugins, icons, fonts, platform tools, marketplace content, or external resources used in a project may be subject to their own license terms.

Prohibitions

The Wolf Commerce may assist with third-party plugins, apps, APIs, marketplace tools, payment processors, shipping tools, analytics tools, or integrations where required. However, third-party integrations are subject to the rules, limitations, pricing, and technical conditions of those third-party providers.

We are not responsible for third-party changes, plugin updates, API failures, app pricing changes, marketplace policy changes, account restrictions, payment processor issues, shipping provider issues, or external platform downtime after project completion.

Any work outside the original project scope, including new integrations, advanced features, custom development, additional pages, marketplace expansion, or maintenance, may require a separate fee agreement.

The Wolf Commerce will not be responsible for plugin, app, API, marketplace, or third-party changes after completion unless an active maintenance or support service has been purchased.
